Attorney Douglas J. Brunner practices Real Estate Law, Probate Law and Business Law. Doug is an experienced title examiner in both residential and commercial real estate, and he provides title examinations for law firms and companies throughout the country. Doug has also closed loans for the majority of major lending institutions in Western Massachusetts as well as national lenders. Doug has been an attorney since 1988, and is licensed to practice law in Massachusetts and Connecticut. He is a member of the Real Estate Bar Association, Hampden County Bar Association, the Connecticut Bar Association and an Affiliate Member of the Greater Springfield Board of Realtors. Doug is also an agent for First American Title Insurance Company, Chicago Title, and CATIC. Attorney Robert A. Gelinas practices Real Estate Law, Business Law, Probate Law and Landlord Tenant Law. He is admitted to practice before the United States District Court. Prior to becoming an attorney in 1997, Bob worked for thirteen years as a title examiner in both residential and commercial real estate throughout Western Massachusetts.
