Our office conducts witness closings for lenders and title companies across the country. We will put a local face on your long distance closings. Your Closing Packages can be e-mailed or overnighted into our office and after meeting with the borrowers, we immediately return the signed documents.

Our staff is sensitive to rushed schedules and expiring commitments and will work closely with lenders to expedite closings while making it convenient for borrowers.

Our procedures for real estate closings are fully automated using software that enters loan information, balances the funds, prints checks and produces closing documents. We receive and send documents electronically ensuring that we meet your deadline.
